Bournemouth Spring Open

The schedule provided is provisional - it is very likely to be amended, but is a guide.
Registration closes 30 minutes before each events advertised start time  - Please arrive early.

Entries for each event will close when full or on 15th March 2025 - NO WAITING LISTS & NO LATE ENTRIES

U11B/G QUADKIDS - £15 total for all 4 events (75m, 600m, LONGJUMP, VORTEXTHROW) - YEAR 3/4/5 (must be at least 8 years old)

MAIN OPEN - £6 per event.
Key Note - When entering Triple Jump please add a message saying your preferred board/s to jump from. Thank you.
Key Note - That all the 800m and 1500m AND the 100m and 200m at and above U17 level will be performance graded events - Please ensure you add your time.

ALL AGE GROUPS can enter:
100m, 200m, LONG JUMP, HIGH JUMP, POLE VAULT, SHOT, DISCUS, JAVELIN, HAMMER

SPECIFIC AGE GROUPS can also enter:
U13B    800m or 1500m, 75mH - There will be no triple jump for U13.
U13G    800m or 1500m, 70mH - There will be no triple jump for U13.
U15B     300m, 800m or 1500m or 3000m, 80mH, TRIPLE JUMP
U15G     300m, 800m or 1500m or 3000m, 75mH, TRIPLE JUMP
U17M    400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 100mH, 400mH, TRIPLE JUMP
U17W    300m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 80mH, 300mH, TRIPLE JUMP
U20M/SM  U20W/SW 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 100mH/110mH, 400mH, TRIPLE JUMP, HEAVY WEIGHT

The WEIGHT PENTATHLON will be scored. To be included you must be U20 or older and enter all 5 events separately (Shot; Discus; Javelin; Hammer; Heavy Weight)

U13/U15/U17 - ONLY 3 EVENTS maximum (YOU are responsible for NOT entering too many events!)
U20 - ONLY 5 EVENTS maximum

All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.

The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entry, whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
