This extremely popular event is usually run on the Bank Holiday Monday in August. The meeting in 2024 attracted 700+ entries and 389 athletes to a variety of track and field events including a walk.

A series of Open Graded Meetings. The races will start with the slower runners and finish with the faster runners. The field events may be split into pools of abilities depending on entries.
